The hotel is very conveniently located and it is very close to the beach. The owner Selchuk is a great local guide. He informs you about all the attractions. The breakfast they serve is also very good. The rooms are very large too.

Really nice room, comfy, spacious, clean, well decorated, and good mosquito nets. Delicious and varied breakfast (homemade jam super delicious). Zuzana (owner) is super nice and gave good suggestions for restaurants and excursions. The house is in a less touristy area (super safe) and even if it is not beach front, it is super easy to access the beach (1 minute walk).

Restaurangen serverade en mycket bra och varierande frukost och lunch/middagsmenyn var till stor belåtelse. Poolområde. Rummet var bre med AC, kylskåp, takfläkt och ett väl tilltaget duschrum/toalet. Rent och fräscht på hela området. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal en riktigt familjär stämning.

Jag har rest väldigt mycket och väljer ofta de mindre hotellen, gärna med bungalows eller hotell eller pensionat med endast några rum. Jag tycker om att det är lugnare än de stora hotellen samt mer personligt. Detta var ett fantastiskt boende nära stranden med bra frukost och underbar service från personalen. 😍 MITI är utan tvekan på min topplista av de bästa bungalow-hotellen jag besökt och där man får mycket för pengarna. Jag kommer utan tvekan välja detta boende igen om jag kommer tillbaka till Zanzibar. Det är fräscha välstädade bungalows med allt man behöver, kaffe och te, kylskåp, vattenkokare mm. Skönt att kunna svalka sig i poolen och nu har de också solstolar/solsängar vid poolen. Om det är något som saknas eller inte fungerar så hjälper personalen dig genast och alltid med ett leende.

- Colin and Leslie are amazing hosts that will help with any information you need on where to go/what to see. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our stay very much! - the room was very well kept, cleaned daily and had a full view of the ocean - great breakfast, freshly made - fantastic dinners on the premises. Colin can prepare you the best lobster you every had and ask Leslie about her desserts! - the pool was cool

One of the cleanest hotels and rooms in nungwi, youssef the owner is the best person ive met in all zanzibar. He helped us a lot and he really makes sure to insure our confort. Victor two is an amazing person. Really enjoyed my stay.

Everything was just amazing! The people in the house were very kind and lovely. The breakfast was delicious, everyday we had a different home made and fresh fruits. You walk 8 min and have shops, restaurants and pharmacy available. 15 min walk and you get to Nungwi beach. Everything was perfectly cleaned and tidy. They made us feel at home❣️ Do not hesitate to ask them, they will help with everything. I highly recommend this place.Hope to see you soon my friends. Asante!

The pineapple house was my home far away from home for over a month. The owner is such a nice person who was always ready to help. I felt very comfortable and left with a heavy heart at the end. The breakfast was great, fresh fruit every day, freshly squeezed juice and I even got some special gluten-free breakfast - and that's not so easy on the island. I can warmly recommend the pineapple house as the staff is super friendly, the rooms are nice and it’s close to the beach.

Frangipani House is located very well. It is close to the main road and not far away from the Nungwi Beach. It is possible to park even two rental cars. The hosts Irina and Georgy are very friendly and helpful. The room I had was spacious. The bed and the restroom were clean. Every day I received a bootle of still water. It's possible to order brekfasts. There's also an outdoor kitchen with a big fridge. It is kept clean. I stayed only for three days but I enjoyed it very much! Asante sana The way from the main road to Frangipani House is bumpy but possible by a crossover or jeep. It's worth renting a car.

Tanya was very nice host. Breakfast was good enough with omelette, fruits, tea and coffe and freshly made fruit juice. She showed me the road to the sea and local restaurants, located mainly close to the sea. Tanya also changed USD to TZS for me on reasonable exchange rate, organized transfer from ZNZ airport. Tanya can also find a motor bike with the local driver - the best choice for short distance drive. Much more cheaper than TAXI. Although in the most of the bars and restaurants on the beach you can pay by card, most of them are using transactions in USD. If you are paying by card in USD, you have to pay more either in TZS (in cash). May be the owners of the restaurants are willing to receive some tips also from card payments. Way to beach - about 10 minutes by foot via local village from Tamaru House Bungalow.
