Location is in the center and Main Street. The kitchen, AC, washing machine and very good WIFI were available in the apartment. Nice view from balcony and window to the Main Street and the park in the yard. Very well equiped, clean, spacious, comfortable. This is the central location in Nikolaev. Nice local coffee shop across the road, bakery and supermarket “Sotka”24/7 very close! And friendly local people. Safe area and nice gentle 3-6 min walk by the Sobornay street path to the Sobornay square passing lots of bars/restaurants (one directly outside the apartment, 5-7 minuts away, McDonalds which is convenient when you are feeling lazy. Walking to the river - beginning of the promenade takes no more than 1-3 minutes. We like it very much! Thank you!
