I booked this flat especially for the Black Sea View and the View was just breathtaking, just amazing! Direct view on the beaches and even "Ibiza" Odessa Beach Club also (the place where best DJ in the world are performing during the summer, like David Guetta, Armin Van Buuren and a lot more). The flat is fully new, perfect Bathroom fully optimized according to the surface, good materials used. Full Security to enter the residence, all shops available around from supermarket to barber, beer shop, dentist, even Odessa international school for kids, just in front of the building. I was very impressed! Nothing was missing! Very good job!

Everything about the place was excellent I was staying at a two bed room with my own shower, it had a safe, electricity was up 100% of the time, warm water, good price, friendly staff that usually had someone who spoke English if needed during the day (the person doing night shift in reception usually didn't speak English). I really recommended the place to anyone interested at staying in Odesa, safe location near central railway station and bus station you don't really need a taxi or anything to get there for the most part. They have a small lobby where you can eat, sit maybe watch tv/news and the reception sells snacks and non-alcoholic beverages plus water.

Everything was perfect, amazing little apartment in the center of Odessa. Big bathroom with a washing machine, good central heating, very comfortable bed, it exceeded my expectations. Всё было прекрасно, спасибо огромное!

Nice apartments, check in was good and professional. Inside of the apartments there are everything you need for living. Close to apartments there are all entertainments, shops, city malls, etc. This is the nearest new building in Arcadia which is near the sea. Like it and would like to come back in the future!
