The breakfast was amazing, one of the best banh mi I had in Vietnam. Our room was nice and with a very comfortable bed. Matt was very nice and gave us a lot of useful indications and recommendations to visit and eat around hoi an. Also, he offered us bikes which is the most convenient way to go to the beach and nearby locations.

The location is just 2 min away from a nice beach. The stuff and house owners were friendly and helpful.I had such sweet dreams on this bed, it was very comfortable and clean.

The Location is perfect.The room was comfortable. The staff were super cooperative, they were eager to help us in all possible ways. They arranged car pickup for us. They provide free bicycles to the guests, which I used for an early morning visit to the ancient town. A plus-point for Indian food lovers is that just on the opposite side you find an Indian restaurant.

Vincent’s House is perfect. Great location and a really great price offering value for money. Vince and his family own and run this small hotel and they do a fabulous job. His mum cooks the best banana pancakes I’ve had on my entire two month trip. The hotel is located down a little side alley and away from the hustle and bustle. The pool and gardens are beautifully maintained

Perfect location if you are looking for a calm street at 5-10 minutes walk from old town. You can also rent bike for free. The host was reallyyy helpful, many great recommendations and the tour we did was nice! The homestay is really clean, free water is also great. Would 100% recommend.
