46 km from Barra Honda National Park, Eco-Turismo Guayacanes is a recently renovated property situated in Sámara and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Xavi the host gave us such a warm welcome to his beautiful spot. A well equipped gorgeous cabin surrounded by a beautiful garden with a pool and laundry. Xavi was very helpful and showed our children the local monkeys. Best bit is that the profits go to the tree charity.

Located less than 1 km from Potrero Beach, LA QUEBRADA ECO LODGE Hotel Boutique offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden. We enjoyed our stay at la Quebrada eco lodge very much! The owners are very caring, helping with anything you need and providing great advice to discover the best spots in the region. The pool is magnificent, the lodges are very well decorated and comfortable. The lodges are in a quiet environnement and yet situated 5min walk from the center of Potrero where you can find supermarkets, several restaurants and beautiful beaches.

Casa Papito is situated in Playa Potrero, Guanacaste and each suite offers a private terrace and a kitchen. It provides free WiFi and a garden with swimming pool. I liked the cleanliness, beautiful apartment, natural and high end materials throughout the house, clean and long pool, privacy. Although the apartment is positioned centrally and close to the beach, it felt very private with no noise. We had parking available as well as a safe in our room. Beautiful and big balcony with stocked outdoor kitchen that had everything we needed. But let’s disregard all of this, the owners were hands down the best hosts I ever met. I felt like I came back to my fathers home! They were just amazing, they were there for everything we needed (and more), but not on top of you. Truly genuine, great people. And to top it all they had the two most beautiful dogs that I wished were mine! So cute!

This homestay accommodation has air conditioning, a private bathroom with hot water, and free Wi-Fi. very clean and luxurious interior, nice pool with outdoor kitchen. perfect place to stay a few days. The owners are so personal and down to earth. Thank you Sandra for everything. Highly recommend.

Very friendly people on site and the accommodation was the most modern I have had so far in Costa Rica. The chalets were immaculate and the pool was great. Having a kitchen was a real bonus. The closest beach is nearly empty most days. The village is a real tico experience - beats any of the tourist traps around.
