The whole house is clean, smells good and everyone’s nice. I can definitely recommend staying here!

Everything! The place was perfect, beds are very comfortable. Beautiful ocean view. Chris and Nadia were very kind and welcoming. We had a great time and I hope will be back!

The room was very clean, communication was easy and the location was in walking distance from all the restaurants and bars but still in a quiet area. The beach was only 2 minutes away.

The guesthouse is run by the owners without staff. Both are multi-lingual, very friendly and are very knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed our conversations with them. Both the site and the room were clean and pleasing to the eye. The rooms are also individually air conditioned. An out-door kitchen is maintained where guests take care of their own breakfasts and other meals. The pool (not chlorinated) is clean and deep. The site is relatively remote and very quiet, thus of course, we had a variety of bird life come and visit. The road to the guesthouse is surfaced but narrow and with steep grades typically found in the area. The site is close to Ocotal Beach and several other beaches.
