Set in Shanklin, the recently renovated The Bay house Apartments, shanklin offers accommodation 200 metres from Shanklin Beach and 15 km from Blackgang Chine. It was a joyful experience. Warm welcome from host and treat’s especially hot chocolate, kids loved it. It was very nice , clean and comfy and we got everything we needed during our stay with our kids . It was raining and we reached earlier and host was so cooperative and messaged that apartment ready to check in , and we got everything to make ourselves tea, coffee , hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. So we didn’t have to stop anywhere or rush out for a drink . Later in afternoon weather got better and we left for our venture after freshen up.

Situated in Ryde and only 1.6 km from Ryde Beach, Westend features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The breakfast was amazing. Christine ensured we had all we needed for preparing our own breakfast meal. Christine also catered to our dietary needs as I am lactose intolerant. She ensured substitute milk was available and the cake she baked was dairy free as well. The decor in the flat is very beautiful and a lot of work has gone into it. The place gives a comfy and relaxed vibe the moment you enter the rooms. The windows give enough natural light, especially in the morning when the weather is nice and sunny. The bed was very comfortable for a sofa bed. I am 6months pregnant and did not have trouble sleeping on the sofa bed. The beddings were clean and smelled of freshness. The whole place was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was provided in the bathroom. Christine is environment conscious therefore she does not provide disposable bottles for shampoo and shower gel, which we appreciated. Recycle bins are also provided to ensure rubbish goes into the right bins. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we will be back. I highly recommend Westend as a place to stay when on the Isle of Wight. The place is very close to the ferry and a walking distance of the seaside.

Spotlessly clean modern interior. Very comfortable sofa and beds. Great location. We enjoyed our brief stay. The hosts were also very flexible when we requested a slightly earlier check in time and comms with them were excellent.

Situated in Shanklin, near Shanklin Beach, Appley Lodge is a historic bed and breakfast that has a garden. It is set 15 km from Blackgang Chine and features luggage storage space. Wendy and Gareth were superstars who made myself and my mum's holiday to the Isle of Wight perfect. Great breakfast, clean room, friendly service and a wonderful location. Should we come back to the island, we will definitely be returning to this wonderful B&B.

Summerhill Apartments is situated in Shanklin, 700 metres from Shanklin Beach, 2.8 km from Sandown Beach, and 16 km from Blackgang Chine. Great location. Well equiped apartment especially the kitchen.

Martlets B&B in Shanklin provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Perfect location and lovely stay. The room was comfortable and we had a beautiful view. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Situated in Sandown in the Isle of Wight region, with Dinosaur Isle nearby, Little Parklands offers accommodation with access to a hot tub. Very good location. Close to railway station and town facilities. Host lives on site, so very convenient for keys and commun. Apartment was very clean and well appointed.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Chine Side is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Shanklin, 500 metres from Shanklin Beach. Great location. Quiet location with a 2 minute walk to the main road. Room was a decent size and extremely well furnished. Everything was finished to a high degree of standard. Bathroom was large and the water pressure was great. Breakfast was very nice and varied during our stay. There seem to be only 3 rooms at the property so everything was personalized.

Number 29 - Only Adults is located in Shanklin, 650 metres from the beach. This place is an absolute gem. We stayed for four nights in a room that was impeccably designed and maintained, with turndown service every day and little touches such as fresh milk in the fridge for coffee, as well as homemade cake on arrival. Breakfast was delicious, cooked to order by Luke, with many different options. Chris and Luke are amazing people- kind, thoughtful, and always considerate. I really cannot rate their B n B highly enough. I am not surprised at all that they book up quickly.
