Our host Bernadette met us there to let us in and gave us a tour of the apartment before handing over the keys. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast items in the room meant I was completely independent. I had a good chat with the owner, who was very friendly and welcoming. All in all, a lovely experience.

Everything was just perfect and never had any issue. The pod is well maintained and built beautifully. Ideally more better for couple without kids. Jabiya who’s taking care of the property gave us a good hospitality and always ready to help in case needed. Highly recommend! 5 star!

Good home base for day trips in and around west cork.

This property truly lives up to its name. We felt tranquil as we viewed Cork Harbor from our room. As the first stay in our tour around Ireland, it gave us the needed beginning rest and then was a great hub to explore around the area. Mary made us feel right at home. The house provided pretty much everything we needed and there was a pub within walking distance for an evening meal and a pint.
