Strönd Guesthouse situa-se em frente à praia, em Birkimelur. Apresentando uma cozinha partilhada, este alojamento também dispõe de comodidades para churrascos. Loved everything about our stay. The room was clean, the location was great and the communal facilities were excellent. Everything had been thought of with so many little touches that meant so much - handy sandwich boxes, food bags, foil etc. We were pleasantly surprised to receive extra coffee pods and fresh towels part way through our stay.

Beautiful house just 50 m from the sea encontra-se em Hólmavík, na região de Vesturland, e apresenta um jardim. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable with nice views into the harbour. Everything we needed was there and the host was extremely helpful.

It's rustic but full of charm and had everything we needed. The views were stunning and made a great base to explore raudasandur, latrabjarg, and Patreksfjordur!

A localização (no meio do nada) foi um grande atrativo, já que eu estava procurando um lugar calmo e silencioso para passar a noite. Percect stay in this remote location on the sea. A bit of history museum of prehistory also in the building. The lady was very helpful and the breakfast excellent. Very tranquil, clean and cosy place.

It's right off Route 1. It has a full kitchen - make sure you bring food if you plan to eat as there is nothing close by. The home has big windows and would be great for watching northern lights.

Our stay was wonderful! The location and the amenities at the guesthouse were more than we could have asked for. From the view of fjords and blue waters to a beautifully furnished home - we felt right at home. The town of Flateyri is gorgeous, sleepy, and atmospheric. It is located right at the foothills of the fjord and serves as a perfect location to explore Icelandic Westfjords. We ate at the cafe (which even had vegan items on the menu), visited the old bookstore for souvenirs and some reading materials, shopped in a local grocery store and strolled the quiet streets. The guesthouse itself was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and warm. It even had heated floors! We fell in love with the huge modern bath tub and the most comfortable bed. Stephanie, our host, is top notch, attentive, friendly and all around a wonderful human being. She even offered us a thermos and binoculars as we headed out to spot some local wildlife on our hike! Kind and thoughtful! In addition, we got so many tips from her about the area.
