Kirinda Heaven - Yala, a property with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, is set in Kirinda, 700 metres from Kirinda Beach, less than 1 km from Nidangala Beach, as well as 14 km from Tissa Wewa. I stayed one night at Kirinda Heaven. It’s a beautiful, family run property. The property is fairly new so all of the accommodations are modern. It also has a stand alone bungalow room, which I stayed in, which is like having one’s own little home! There is a beautiful pool on the property as well. The family that runs the property is great and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable.

With garden views, MENAKA HOMESTAY is located in Tangalle and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, picnic area and barbecue. Lovely welcome. The couple that run it are so hospitable, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Food fresh and delicious. They helped and advised with trips in the area and arranged a tuk tuk when I needed one. This is a lovely homestay. I will miss them. Thank you for making me feel like one of the family..

Located within 1 km of Paravi Wella Beach and 2.1 km of Marakkalagoda Beach in Tangalle, Villa Don Bastian offers accommodation with seating area. The Villa was beautiful . I felt like I was at home with the level of attentiveness from the host . I was unwell and Sanu went over and above to keep me comfortable, she was absolutely incredible. A lovely breakfast . Fresh & tasty Nothing was too much . it exceeded my expectations thank you Sanu & Tanghie

Featuring sea views, AMOUR AT TURTLE BEACH is located in the Tangalle Beach district of Tangalle, 23 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole and 20 metres from Rekawa Lagoon. It was a very peaceful location with a lot of wildlife everywhere. The host was extremely helpful in suggesting places to try and helping me get to my next destination as well.

The place is wonderful, one step from a wonderful beach and the turtle watching experience. The room was clean and comfortable and the dinner was good. The host is kind and helpful

Featuring a private beach area and views of mountain, Cinnabar Resort is a recently renovated guest house set in Tangalle, a few steps from Tangalle Beach. I loved the treehouse! The pool area was fantastic, the food was amazing, not having air con wasn’t a problem as it was cool up in the trees.

Offering a terrace and views of the garden, Little Sunshine Guest House & Restaurant is set in Tangalle in the Hambantota District Region, a 5-minute walk to the Marakolliya Beach. Everything! The guest house and its rooms are lovely. This was probably my favourite accommodation while in Sri Lanka, better than more expensive hotels. The room was huge and decorated really nicely. The bathroom was really big as well, with a powerful shower. The bed was really comfortable as well. Madushani and her husband were such lovely hosts. I ended up staying an extra night as I felt so comfortable there. They helped with everything (even lending me suncream!) and they are wonderful cooks! I ate at the restaurant a number of times and everything was really delicious. They offer a laundry service and have a tuk tuk so can take you anywhere you’d like to go. They also arranged a driver to take me to Ella. I also fell in love with the area. While you can’t swim on a lot of the beach, there’s a safe swimming area behind some rocks not too far from the guest house. The beach is gorgeous! I can highly recommend to anyone visiting Tangalle! I can’t wait to go back and can’t stress enough what good value for money this is. I can’t believe it’s the low price it is.

Located 400 metres from Tangalle Beach, Star Light Cabanas & Restaurant offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden. The entire property is so incredibly nice. Its location close to the beach, all the palm trees, the hammocks, the cabanas etc. made our stay so good!
