Room cleaning and changing of sheets every 3 days for 3 months, owners were super accomodating and friendly, even providing gifts and snacks every so often. Property location was extremely close to nearby towns and all in all was an amazing stay.

Brand new, beautiful place: - large, bright room - beautiful design, new furniture - very comfy big bed - equipment kitchen - very friendly staff, always in touch and helped with any question ( also fixes very fast issue with shower ) - TV with YouTube and Netflix ) - strong and stable Wi-Fi - nice terrace, where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee, or enjoy nature sounds in the evening - great location - close to the beach, but a bit away from all the noise and crowd. and it's very quiet at night - they left for you some small things, which make your time even more comfortable: ( like an umbrella, diffusers sticks etc )

Best property in koh samui. Staying at Eranda was the highlight of my vacation. From staff to accommodation to view to pool everything was absolutely perfect. The infinity pool was so clean and comfortable that we hardly left it. Cleanliness of the place just added more to it's perfection. I would not chose to stay anywhere else but Eranda every time I visit samui.

Samui Bayside Luxury Villas sijaitsee loivassa rinteessä Plai Laem Beachin pohjoisosassa. The best place I ever stayed in Thailand since I visited this country (2014). The Villa is actually much more beautiful than one can see in the pictures. Highly decorated interiors with all top class facilities. We also had dinner with their Private Chef and trust me the food was amazing. The staff is very polite and available all the time. And view from the balcony is too good as it faces the sea. The pick and drop service available from the Villa and also motorbike rent available.

Everything about the villa was exceptional starting with its location in the tropical garden, it’s privacy, the spaciousness up to the small details of the decor. For us the most important thing when traveling is the bed and the shower and both were excellent! The mattress, the duvet and the pillows make you never want to leave the bed, the comfort is just 100%! Same goes for the shower, both pressure and temperature of the water were just perfect. The terrace was another highlight, sitting outside at night under the stars, being able to jump into the private pool at any time… magical! And a special mention goes to the host - John - his sense of humor and helpfulness definitely stand out! He is a perfect definition of hospitality, with his recommendations of what to do around the island and where to eat we did not need any TripAdvisor or anything else. We would go back in a blink of an eye! In fact we did not want to leave and would have stayed for a month if only we could!
