We came in September so there were days when it was raining and we could not do anything and the waves were too big but on days when it wasn't, there was plenty to enjoy within the property - the beach, pool, ample lounging areas, bar/resto (prices were reasonable, they had live performances/bands on different days, delicious food), game areas for playing table tennis/football, yoga classes. spa/massage. Breakfast was excellent and you have an array of dishes to choose from. The room was cleaned as requested and the staff always put in different towel arrangements which we thought were quite thoughtful (just make sure to put out the "Make Room" sign every time). I especially liked how little things were carefully thought of in the rooms - units are not too close to each other, the bathroom/toilet was spacious and had plenty of space to put stuff on, umbrellas for each room came in handy for us since it rained in some days, safety box, plenty of room lights to choose from depending on how you want your room lit at night, seats/hanging rack (for wet clothes)/tub in the balcony (just in case you wanted to enjoy a bath outside with the view of the sea; there are curtains too if you want some privacy). complementaries like free drinks (water and soft drinks). The staff were very friendly and accommodating which made our stay there memorable. The hotel's location was good also as there were many restos/shops/salons just a walk away. If you don't like walking, you can rent a motorbike which can be arranged with the hotel.

Situated in Krabi town, BeachHouse Pool Villas Krabi offers beachfront accommodation a few steps from Ao Nam Mao Beach and features various facilities, such as a private beach area, pool with a view... Nice facility, very clean, comfortable bed. Feels very luxurious overall. Everyone was so friendly and the breakfast was top too. We would come back if we are in Krabi again.

I was searching for somewhere special to spend my birthday and something told me it would be here. I wasn’t even looking at places in Koh Lanta specifically, but that’s where Walden is so that’s where we went. And it truly was just as amazing as I’d dreamed it would be. Walden is a place built and looked after with thought and care, both for its beautiful natural surroundings by the sea and for the people who stay there. Thank you Paul for creating a place that is so true to the philosophy that it’s based on. All in all: clean tiny homes equipped with everything you need; the best host; amazing beach, sea and lounging areas; great locality with massages, bars and restaurants nearby; killer sunset; heaven for animal lovers.

Boasting mountain views, Simple House Ao Nang - B&B provides accommodation with terrace, around 1.9 km from Ao Nang Beach. It is situated 2.3 km from Pai Plong Beach and offers a shared kitchen. Very comfortable and big rooms, with all the amenities you need. Beautiful garden and nice breakfast. The owner and the staff were super helpful and welcoming. It was also very easy to book trips and find activities to do through them. Hotel is close to the main street with restaurants and it's a great value for money.

Boasting a balcony with garden views, free bikes and a garden, Poonsiri Varich Pool Villa Aonang can be found in Ao Nang Beach, close to Nopparat Thara Beach and 2.7 km from Ao Nang Beach. The room is as luxurious as it gets, really. Plenty of space, plenty of light, separate aircons everywhere, private pool and private jacuzzi; leathery-feeling sofa, a table where you can consume those tasty and cheap breakfasts, a proper fridge, a normal fully functional kitchen, a lounging place for some sunbathing, two bathrooms, tropical shower available, two sinks, blackout curtains in the bedroom,... Almost makes you want to buy it for yourself one day when you are rich enough, haha. The staff was all-helping for any requests we had, and we felt valued and welcome. I'd like to specifically point out the trainee Huda - she was going above and beyond what you would expect from a receptionist. Great work, and thank you very much for everything. Most villas are separated from each other, and there was no noise that we heard from outside in the evenings and nights. During the day you can hear others having fun in the pool, if you have open doors; but it doesn't bother at all. Of course there are some ants, it's Thailand, but staff takes care of them very efficiently. The cleaning ladies did amazing job and were always careful, attentive to details, and never hinted for any additional payments or whatever. There are 5 constant types of breakfast + 1 variable that changes every day, which you can order one day in advance. It was always fresh, the fruit were of good quality. Just as you go out on the main street, there are many restaurants and cafes on both sides of it, where you can find some awesome juices or local food of a very decent quality. There are also mini Big-C and 7-11 within 150 meters from the reception. The hotel is located close enough that it would qualify for the free pickup for most activities you can organize in the main area of Aonang beach.

Set in Ao Nang Beach, Lux Pool Villas Krabi Ao Nang offers a patio with pool and garden views, as well as an outdoor pool, hot tub and spa facilities. Everything was wonderful. It felt private and quiet. The beds were comfortable (hard to find in a Thai hotel). Everything was clean and spacious, and the people were very friendly and helpful.
