I booked for one night but ended up staying several nights. It is very clean and spacious. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. Feels like sleeping in clouds haha.. The bathroom is also very clean and comes with the basic toiletries. The breakfast is delicious and the host is amazing!!! She's very friendly and I felt like home the moment I stepped in the hostel. The pool table is one of the best ones I've played on in vietnam. I 100% recommend this hostel!

En oas och unikt boende i en stillsam vik med berg och flytande hem som grannar. Man gick verkligen ner i varv och jag önskar att vi kunnat stanna längre . Maten var fantastik, och att få bra vegetarisk mat var inget problem. Mycket snabb och enkel kommunikation via telefon. De som bor på plats pratar dock bara vietnamesiska, men är väldigt rara och tillmötesgående.

I like specially the work of all the crew members, commanded by Mr Hill are very efficient and nice. And the food was amazing. All the dishes were incredible!! The view of the room was magnificent and the room was too nice!!

The staff at this establishment was incredibly friendly and hospitable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived.

CornerCatBa ligger i Cat Ba, 15 minuters promenad från Tung Thu Beach, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en terrass och en bar. We had the best time in CornerCatBa. The host family couldn’t be any kinder. Thanh helped us to book Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long Bay tour, transfers from/to Hanoi and Ninh Binh, did the laundry for us, recommended restaurants and cafes and cooked delicious breakfasts. She also helped to arrange a taxi for us to take us to Cat Ba National Park and even prepared bahn mi, snacks and water for us for free. The location of the accommodation was also great away from all the noise of Cat Ba Town with a beautiful view of the lake. We felt very special to experience Vietnamese hospitality and authentic experience. Thanh (our host) was so generous and kind, we felt like part of the family from the moment we arrived. If you want to experience true Vietnamese hospitality, look no further.

The Bay - Ha Long Homestay ligger i Ha Long, 600 meter från Queen Cable Car Station. Här erbjuds gratis WiFi, och du kan njuta av din måltid på balkongen eller i det frodiga allrummet. The Bay was a small and very cozy apartment with very beautifully designed-decorated rooms around a small cute courtyard. Its minimal environment was enriched by perfect details such as stairs and balconies becoming a green public garden with ivies, or the kitchen with all the complete wares for cooking, keeping and sharing food and drinks. smooth colours and well-chosen paintings on the walls create a nice and warm atmosphere where everything was very clean and well maintained. The Location was on the other side of the center of Ha Long. in Bai Chay, where there is a more local and scaled relationality rather than huge same buildings, homestay is very close for an easily reaching neighborhood life. And Tung, the host was very helpful about giving tips for visiting places, food and transportation around both the bay and the neighborhood. We had a motorbike rental and travel around easily. So, it became a very good stay enriching its price which we can highly recommend.

This place was perfect!! Great location, super clean, i mean so clean you could literally eat off the floor!! Beautiful smoking lounge on the rooftop. Great location with a short walk to the center. We had breakfast every morning prepared by the owners wife that was absolutely delicious and the highlight was when the owner Mr Throng would come up to your table each morning with his own home brewed fruity Rice wine and pour you a shot with him and say “This is how we say good morning in vietnam” and believe me it was good, so good i asked him for a second round ;) Mr throng was very helpful with booking us an excursion the first day and renting his bike, he even pulled out a map of the island explaining to us in detail what route to take to get to the near by attractions and how long it would take and timed it perfectly so that we would reach the Jetty on the otherside of the island on time for a beautiful sunset. he even advised us about the money exchange rates in Cat ba advising us to try our best to pay by card or local currency and to save our dollars to exchange them in a bigger city so that the we would get a higher rate. his genuine character and warm personality made our stay in Cat ba a memorable one for sure! Would definitely without a doubt recommend Cat ba central homestay to anyone that is planing to visit and would definitely stay here if we ever return to cat bar in the future!!!!
