The room view was amazing. It's walking distance to many restaurants and one of the sleeper bus stops. Levi helped us store our luggage while on a camping trip and do laundry after we returned.

Very helpful and friendly family run Homestay. They arranged transport to and from Dong Hoi in a nice vehicle. Tours they helped book were excellent, and their rental motorbikes were in good repair. The pool was pleasant, the restaurant simple but quick with an omelette or cold beer.

The owner and all the other staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is also great. The location is wonderful with a nice view on the river and the surrounding mountains. I highly recommend using the free kayaks for a little tour on the river for even more stunning views! Bikes are also free to use.

Quiet, comfortable space. Here I can see the peaceful life of local people. it's quite close to the beach, it only took me 5 minutes to walk. Here I live with Leo's family. Lim is very clever and lovely. Delicious food. I will come back here when I come to Dong Hoi

Lovely family run Homestay with very humble owners. Our room was big, comfortable, everything worked and whilst possibly considered more 'basic' was perfect for myself and my daughter. Hot water shower, super clean bedroom and bathroom, good lighting, useful TV with decent channels for the evenings, air con AMAZING and a very good fan also. Lots of towels. I LOVE the VN mattresses, super firm and a great nights sleep. The pillows were OK but we are very fussy about pillows. Wif worked well. Also worth mentioning is that this homestay is very very well designed. There are no external windws in the rooms and the rooms come off a dark cool corridor (also with no windows) - at our visit Dong Hoi waa ridicualously hot and humid; going back to the homestay was excellent and cool, the room wasnt too hot at all :-) Highly recommedn this place, we stayed for longer and will certainly have good memeories form here and return if we come back to Dong Hoi for a third time. This place is like a home away from home! Located between the rice fields with views of the farmed tending their land, walking the cows it’s impossible not to just sit back and relax. The owners are amazing - so friendly and warmhearted. It’s 7 km from the city of Phong Nha but it’s an easy and beautiful to go by bicycle (which is free to use also). The room is simple but comfortable but the pool and the surroundings is like a four star hotel⭐️ If you want the staff cooks an amazing dinner for you every night
