The building is so well looked after, and the room was spacious and clean and nicely decorated. The location is good - a quiet neighbourhood close to the waterfront and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hostess is extremely nice and welcoming. I was very happy to spend a couple of nights at this homestay :)

Superb location with wonderful views of the mountains. Food was freshly made and delicious. I would highly recommend and would stay again if ever visiting area. LEVI the manager/owner made us very welcome and arranged transport tours etc. He really went out of his way to help and make out stay memorable.

Very helpful and friendly family run Homestay. They arranged transport to and from Dong Hoi in a nice vehicle. Tours they helped book were excellent, and their rental motorbikes were in good repair. The pool was pleasant, the restaurant simple but quick with an omelette or cold beer.

Very nice and welcoming family, we got breakfast and a dinner, which was both delicious. Nice room and balcony, everything was very clean, nice neighborhood, only 5 minutes to the beach.

Lovely family run Homestay with very humble owners. Our room was big, comfortable, everything worked and whilst possibly considered more 'basic' was perfect for myself and my daughter. Hot water shower, super clean bedroom and bathroom, good lighting, useful TV with decent channels for the evenings, air con AMAZING and a very good fan also. Lots of towels. I LOVE the VN mattresses, super firm and a great nights sleep. The pillows were OK but we are very fussy about pillows. Wif worked well. Also worth mentioning is that this homestay is very very well designed. There are no external windws in the rooms and the rooms come off a dark cool corridor (also with no windows) - at our visit Dong Hoi waa ridicualously hot and humid; going back to the homestay was excellent and cool, the room wasnt too hot at all :-) Highly recommedn this place, we stayed for longer and will certainly have good memeories form here and return if we come back to Dong Hoi for a third time. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. - They picked us up from the bus on motorbikes (probably won’t work if you have suitcases but we had backpacks!) - Helped us when we got food poisoning with medicine and bananas - Playing tag with the little kids was fun - Organised a cheap taxi to Dong Hoi for us cos there was no bus for a long time - The view from our room was SPECTACULAR - The bathroom is really big and there was everything we needed - The beds were really big and comfy - Organised cheap scooter for us for 150k per day
