Beautiful stylish house near town centre, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Rugby, 24 km from FarGo Village, 25 km from Ricoh Arena, as well as 29 km from Kelmarsh Hall. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the guest house free of charge. The accommodation features a shared kitchen and private check-in and check-out for guests.

Great location in rugby: a quick walk to the train station or the city centre with lots of basics like groceries and takeaway in easy reach. A full kitchen (shared) is provided, with cabinet space allocated for each guest room. The room was very clean and quiet. Bathroom is shared, but is clean and modern and meets the needs. Not a lot of amenities, but everything worked and the television was good. As a basic touch-down pad for a short trip, this property was just what I was looking for.

Immaculate room in a beautiful location, we opted for a room with our own bathroom. Very friendly welcoming staff, especially the lady who checked us in, and personally showed me the room and where all the amenities were. Delicious breakfast was a bonus. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location that was easy enough to get to but felt like a lovely picturesque quiet village. Owners were LOVELY. Food was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Just what we’d hoped for. We will definitely stay again.

Such an amazing hotel with a lovely, charming character. Big room, with a nice big bathroom. Great location with abundance of scenic walks. The village is so picturesque we almost felt like being in a movie set. The host is extremely accommodating and very quick to respond to my requests. Best for last...is the food, A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Great menu with an excellent choice of wines (ask host for the best pairing to your meal) and other beers and spirits. Would most definitely come back to stay again soon.

I liked the quiet location. The room was very cheap and did the job for a stay over night to attend the wedding. The decour is a bit out dated but its a great hotel and does the job. The room came included with breakfast which was nice and the staff were very accomodating for us as we requested vegan.

Beautiful old gothic building, stunning stable court yard. Very quaint & peaceful setting. We stayed in an executive suite (in the stable block) It was nice room, spacious with separate living room as you walked in, then upstairs to lovely beamed bedroom with a very comfy bed. Views from the bathroom were so pretty out on to the court yard. Was nice and quiet and felt very cosy ...nice romantic couple evening with a bottle of wine etc... Free WiFi and TV in room linked to netflix etc so you could log in if you wanted ..

Great location for me, visiting family locally. Room was very large, clean and warm and the bed very comfortable. Very quiet for the 3 nights I stayed, so I slept very well. Tea/coffee etc in the room topped up daily too. I didn't use the shared kitchen facilities but they looked great for making meals etc.
