Everything was amazing, from Mrs. Sonia welcoming me with open arms, she made sure i understood everything even if i couldn't speak Italian (she got her son for help), to the big, bright and clean room, to the delicious and very diverse breakfast (there was fruit, lots of fruit, which for me was perfect). The best was the view towards the lake and the terrace outside where you could stay and work or just enjoy the nice weather, get a tan. It is also close to the sea and i could enjoy that, too. It exceeded my expectations by a lot.

The breakfast is very basic, you have a coffe machine and the kettle available with some croissant available but you can always buy something thye night before and use a facility for the breakfast.
