On Eastbourne seafront, Ebor Lodge offers well-appointed rooms and a full breakfast menu. Gorgeous little garden! Perfect for a glass of wine in the evening. The room was decorated with very good taste and thoroughly for the guest's needs/comfort Breakfast was delicious! The host, David, was great, made it very easy to feel "at home". Friendly, professional, polite, always with a smile on his face!

We had an amazing stay in this hotel and what a great hosts are Rich and Katie, no effort has been spared to make us feel like at home here. The room was cozy and beautiful furniture and the view was stunning. It was beautiful to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. We had a wonderful breakfast in the morning, down in the lobby and the homemade cakes were the best we've ever tasted. It were all kind of nice things that made our stay at sea view all the more perfect. We can highly recommend this hotel, in fact this was our best experience in all hotels that we've seen at the south coast of England. Plus a bottle of water in fridge each day was great Breakfast was really nice as well, always lots of choice

The rooms are each unique and beautifully decorated with a really comfortable bed. breakfast is included at the tea downstairs and it is amazing. lots of unique options for food and coffees and juice included. The staff is all super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again and will highly recommend it to friends.

The decor has been updated to a lovely standard and the room was very nice. Alison the owner was always on call and was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was freshly cooked and was enjoyable.

Situated in Hastings, 700 metres from Hastings Beach and 1 km from White Rock Theatre, Anne’s House features accommodation with free WiFi and a garden with a sun terrace and sea views. An absolute gem. Beautiful house with beautiful art - a comfortable living room to read a book in, a gorgeous dining room to enjoy breakfast in, and a beautiful bedroom with exceptionally comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing and the owners took care to accommodate my gluten free needs. The couple that owns the house is a delight to interact with and our overall experience allowed us to get a glimpse into English life while exploring nearby countryside and towns. We had originally booked for 1 night but ended up staying 2 (would have stayed longer if there was availability). The house is also in a great location for both city exploration and nearby towns, castles and gardens.
