Beautifully decorated, thoroughly cleaned, a fabulous nights sleep and breakfast was exceptional (Compliments to the Chef!!). Daryl was very welcoming, as were the front house staff through to housekeeping. You will not be disappointed when you stay here!

The room was amazing, great views, comfortable and very spacious. Beautiful location and helpful owner. Really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend.

The room was spotless and very cosy. Both my mum and I slept very comfortably and we're both fairly picky when it comes to bed and pillows. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. We had a full english breakfast on both days and it was wonderful as well. But the real gems are the owners. I haven't had much time to chat with Andrew but he was so helpful when we first arrived and Lorraine is an absolute sweetheart. My mum, who doesn't speak English, couldn't stop telling me how wonderful and welcoming Lorraine was and I think she was fairly jealous she couldn't have a chat with her. I would totally recommend this place and I will definitely come back in the future if my travels take me to South Shields again.

Very secure with coded entrance and key safe box. Spacious room, clean and comfy with towels and linen provided. Good sized en suite shower room. Great to have the option of a shared lounge/kitchen area as well. Plenty of places to eat/drink right on the doorstep.

Great location for sea front. Good clean accommodation, friendly owners, lovely well cooked breakfast with plenty of choice. Quiet room. Had a lovely stay, we will definitely be back.
