The hosts were very friendly and hospitable. When we came the host offered us excellent Japanese tea. It was so relaxing and quiet in the middle of intensity of travelling in India. The guesthouse was very clean, and mosquito nets were provided, also washing mashine was there. Apart from the rooms, and kitchen, there was an extra living room, with very large balkony, which created homely and cosy atmosphere. Arigatou🙏

Tara Guest House ligger bara 1 km från det berömda Mahabodhi-templet. WiFi är gratis. Receptionen är öppen 24 timmar om dygnet. We had an amazing stay here, the staff was very friendly and the project that they are supporting with over 700 students to change their local community is inspiring. We left inspired by the children who have been given an opportunity due to the amazing work of the staff here. It was very nice to see and speak with the children during our stay. Two big thumbs up. Additionally, the took great care of us to help organize tours, help us send a package with the India Post, and organize other sightseeing during our stay. We will stay there again and I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a local authentic experience with people making a true change in their community.
