One of the best places I've stayed in Armenia. This place is out in the countryside away from towns, the location suited me fine as I am a solo bicycle traveller passing through. Clearly the property can cater for larger groups and functions. My room was large, there was a large lounge and dining area, and a good sized kitchen with everything you need and I could cook my own meal. The nice family live upstairs so I didn't feel like I was intruding and nor did they intrude on me. They come and go as appropriate. Tea and coffee making facilities are there, washing machine, everything you need. Highly recommend.

Overall had a great experience, guest accomodation area felt spacious, modern and clean. Located in a small village so the surroudings are quiet. Owner speaks excellent English and tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was rich and extensive, also very tasty.
