There was a small issue involving the water or some pipes at our requested booking, and they proactively upgraded us to make sure we didn’t have any issues. The host Mos, was great and accommodating. Overall, we had a great experience with the host. Incredibly helpful personal, she directed us to the nearest mall for dinner and waited up for us until after dinner. The room was wonderful.

Owner was a liar! I’m still awaiting a full refund. I will be posting more 1 star reviews. Place is dirty, bad neighborhood, doors and windows have gaping openings, bed is hard, staff was very rude and wouldn’t let us out of the fate while they held my money! Horrible experience! I want my refund now!
