Todo absolutamente, la atención fue perfecta. Nos contestaba a todos los mensajes, súper atenta. La casa era Preciosa, en un pueblo increíble rodeado de nieve, cerca de todo. El año que viene volveremos y sin duda iremos al mismo lugar. La tostadora estaba rota. Se lo dije a modo informativo y esa misma mañana teníamos una nueva en el buzón. Ha superado mis expectativas, 10000 recomendable!!!

Good location as it was nearby Lake Oeschinen cable car and train station. Both are about 10 mins walk away from the accommodation based on slow walking speed and google map directions :D The apartment was beautiful, very clean and responsive host, a shame that we were only there for 1 night due to planned itinerary. There was a lift available which was a life saver since we had many luggage. Was able to store luggage first since came much earlier than check-in time. Comfortable for family of 5, would definitely recommend to others :)

The apartment is very comfortable: big kitchen with dining area, bathroom with a shower and a very spacious room with king size bed and sitting area, completed by a balcony with an amazing view to a small river that crosses the backyard between the fir trees, with the mountains on the background! All the apartment was fully equipped, we found there everything that we needed, and what we didn't - a socket adapter - the host was kind enough to borrow one to us. Everything was very clean and, believe me, I am very picky and still I found nothing dirty or dusty. The bed sheets and towels also clean and comfortable, as well as the bed and pillows. Kandersteg is a lovely town with plenty of restaurants and shops of all kinds. We traveled by car and from this location we were able to go to Furkapass, Interlaken, Thun and Berna, Brienz and Rothorn, Lauterbrunnen and Wengen, Grindelwald in about 1 hour.

The host, Sandy waited for us to come at an arranged time. She lives in that same property, just next door. So it is very convenient. She was very helpful and friendly. Any question, I just text her, and she would reply me. Thank you so much Sandy. The property is very clean, all appliances are ready for use. We cooked breakfast and dinner for 3 nights. The beds are super comfy, we are family of 5, the 3 bedrooms are super spacious. There is a living room, i think total can fit 8 ppl (if the host allows). When i stayed there, i felt like im in the FROZEN movie. It was snowing for 3 days, the SCENERY was SUPER BEAUTIFUL! I was speechless and stunned to see the MORNING view outside my window!!! I love this place so much. I hope i can repeat again in the future.
