The breakfast was good. The swimming pool was very big. The kids inside playground is good for small kids. The terrace is nice. They have a rabbit and birds on the terrace. There is also an area to practice golf.

Le propriétaire travaille avec son fils dans l’établissement et forme une bonne équipe. Le propriétaire est très soucieux. La décoration de l’hébergement est très sympa. Durant les vacances de fête du travail, la route qui menait à son hébergement a été fermé à la circulation des voitures donc il est venu nous chercher en 3 roues! Nous étions avec un bébé de moins de 2 ans et tout s’est très bien passé. Il y a eu un petit accident durant la nuit qui a taché les draps mais le propriétaire a été très sympa et a fait le nécessaire. Il nous a même prêté une poussette tout terrain pour circuler dans les rues de Tong Li! Nous recommandons!

It was easy to communicate with the owners before arriving at the hotel (both in Chinese and English). The owner was very friendly. Picked us up at the village parking lot and (after checking out) drove us to a trail head (10 minutes drive). This location is a great starting point for one or more days of hiking. The hotel was very clear, which is very uncommon in China. Chinese breakfast was delicious. Hotel is very quiet.

A very attentive staff, especially the lady manager who went above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. Our room was very clean with a large, comfortable bed, controllable heat/air conditioner, and daily housekeeping. Shower is powerful and hot, and the toilet had a warm bidet. The breakfast buffet has good selection both Western and Chinese, cereal and fruit, porridge and rice, and with any order type of eggs on demand. They tried to vary the menu on a daily and weekly basis. There is a beautiful park along the canal next door, which we had a spectacular view of from our 20th floor windows, and with the twin needle towers (188) and the "trouser pants" towers of Suzhou Centre in the background. The elevators are extremely efficient. 24 hour attendants at the desk.

Tastefully decorated loverly old house, reception staff were very friendly and could advise us places to eat. Their recommendation turned out to be great. The beds were comfortable. The staff (Gloria) went out of her way to pick up our luggage outside of the historical town to bring it in. She helped to book the passes to allow us into Tongli. When we informed her that the room was cold, she brought up good heater to help warm the room. The location of the hotel is central in the old town, easy to walk every where.
