The staff Mr Pietro and Mrs Natalia were very polite and friendly. Top location in an old historical building next to the main square "Il Campo", though the building had a comfortable lift for upper floors, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. The breakfast was Excellent and was served in the Caffe shop downstairs, which was the best coffee shop in the area :) The Quality/ Price was very good. I would be happy to return again to this place.

Location is excellent. I stayed in the Barberesco room and it was absolutely lovely! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved exploring Siena so much and was so comfortable at Casa Mavi, I extended my stay for one more day. L'atenció de Fabio i la seva mare són excepcionals i ens vam sentir com a casa nostra. La seva ubicació també és molt bona. Vam visitar Siena, la Vall d'Orcia i San Gimignano des de Pontignano.
