Nice welcome from awesome staff. Excellent location with great views. We got a free room upgrade, which was perfect! Very clean. Free tea and water all day long. Obviously quiet and you can do great hikes from there. Food was amazing! Just a small tip: bring a towel because they don't provide them and a mosquito repellent just in case. Dana is an exceptional place and Malik the host is the best person to tell you all about it. He is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the nature reserve and is happy to share if you ask. Rooms were quite clean with a really epic view. We also enjoyed the exclusive dining experience of being served food cooked by locals and entertained by malik's stories about Dana and poetry. We would have loved to stay there longer

The property is in great condition, and the owner Ramzi is very accommodating and friendly. It is brand new with a rooftop and dining area. The food there is also really delicious and comes from local farmers. Definitely recommend this place!

Good hotel to stop when you travel across Jordan or if you want to go hiking in Dana Biosphere Reserve. The location is very nice. We had a room with a great view of the Dana Valley. It was clean and spacious. Very friendly and helpful host. We arrived quite late but it was possible to order dinner. We also got a delicious tea with sage. Good nutritious breakfast: scrambled eggs, hummus, vegetables, jam etc. Inside the dining room, you can find a fridge with some beverages, as well as a kettle, cups, and free potable water. There are benches, chairs, and armchairs outside where you can sit, relax, and admire the stunning view from the highest point in this area.

For a one-night stop in Dana this is a perfectly good budget option. I informed the staff that I planned to leave at about 7 am, and they kindly agreed to serve breakfast earlier than usual. Actually, I was ready to leave about 6:30, and they still prepared a simple but adequate breakfast for me. Much appreciated!
