Everything was amazing at Zaborin. The snow view was beautiful and surreal. Room price included both breakfast and dinner. Unlike some meal inclusive resorts, the food quality here was superior and on par with what you would get at top-tier restaurants. The service is also impeccable. We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.

The house is nothing short of amazing, living up to the expectations set by the pictures. A standout feature for our group of 5 was the efficient washing machine that effortlessly washed and dried our clothes with a single button press – a convenience we cherished every day. Highly recommended for a seamless and enjoyable stay!

Definitely coming back! Love everything about our stay here. The kitchen, the 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms! The auto washlet was amazing! The view out the windows are amazing! Everything was nothing short of amazing! Our host, Michiko-san, attended to us as we arrived and explained everything so well. We got free gifts, coffee beans and home-made granola. She even provided baby cot, baby blankets, baby wipes etc for our baby.. and prepared the kitchen area to be baby-safe! We didn’t need to ask for it. There’s projector for us to watch TV. Basic kitchen appliances, utensils and ingredients for cooking like salt, vege oil etc, were all provided. We are beyond thankful for her kind hospitality!
