Remember that this is not a regular hotel; the receptionist is not always there, but they will always answer all your questions and give advice via the phone. CryptoHotel is close to the heart of the city and the surroundings is very peaceful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very kind. They accomodated our early check in and also offered us free breakfast while we waited for our room to get ready. The breakfast is delicious and has good variety. They even kept our luggage for a day while we went for a trek. It is great value for money. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel room with a kitchenette. Quiet area with nice trees all around. Blackout curtains help you to sleep in. Balcony. Good A/C. Good WiFi. TV has Netflix and Prime Video available (your account). No noise from other rooms at all. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Small kitchen area with two seats at a counter opposite. Microwave. Stovetop. Small fridge with a freezer. Utensils/plates/silverware provided. Really, nicely done! You definitely sense that the owners care about making your stay comfortable and pleasant. As a matter of fact, one of the highlights is the staff, who are just terrific. Technically it's not a hotel, but a Hostel (and evidently a really good one). But for those of us who take an apartment, it has all the advantages of a hotel. 24 hour front desk, which means they accompany you to your apartment, no matter what time your flight arrives. Lounge/seating area with free tea and coffee, oatmeal, rice, seasoning, etc. Nice breakfast provided at a small coffee shop onsite. True baristas! (50% discount at all times) Convenience store next door with excellent prices. Open until 2am! Good location close to a shopping mall, but also numerous restaurants, bars (check out Black Market which also has terrific food), and stores, including supermarkets (I recommend Magnum). It is a bit far from the airport, but that also means closer to the mountains. The botanical garden is just okay.

Aizada’s place was clean and cozy, with everything you may need. And there were moments when I needed specific things like a gauze cloth to use to iron silk - and it was there! not to mention a lot of bottled water, this made our stay super comfortable! Communication, check-in and the overall experience was amazing. Thank you to Aizada for being such a responsive host.
