The place was very clean, modern and maintained well. The balcony has a nice view over the swimming pool and the resort. There are enough parking spaces. The compound is guarded 24/7 by cameras and personnel. It’s close to the amazing beach of Saïdia and the port of Marina where you have plenty of restaurants and bars. The house owner is well connected and can recommend you nice restaurant twhere you will be treated with much respect. The owner is always approachable for any questions through whatsapp and welcomes you personally to the accommodation. He speaks perfectly English.

The kitchen contains everything one needs. The beds are very comfortable. The air conditioners are great. The little gardens are lovely. The villa is walking distance to the beach. The communication with the owner was polite, helpful and quick! Fayssal is also flexible with check-in and check-out time. We would highly recommend this wonderful house!
