Everything is SUPER, was a short stay. Loved everything, this guest house is operated together with LVIS beach property. I paid less since stay was at LVIS Village as this is a lower priced property having it located in the Village instead of being on the beach, but is just 30 seconds walk to bikini beach and beach front LVIS property where beach front restaurant, garden and sun loungers for all guests are located. Garden and Beach is excellent, I spent all the time on the beach and garden and used room just to sleep 😁 Food is exceptional, excursions are great. Best or all is warm hospitality, how genuine staff is, feel like home. This is a place to return

Like the staff all very nice and helpful. Manager and the tour guide and all staff are very responsible and take care all of us very much. I ask Manager help to arrange and perpare the birthday cake for us. He is so great to order a newly tailor made and tasty cake and only usd 10. Really big thanks for the manager. The rooms are big and comfortable and the garden are relax. There are free coffee and tea is good.

The host was most helpful in booking domestic flights, excursions and boat transfers to other islands. Room was spacious and clean. The halfboard meals (as per previous reviews) home cooked and served were so wholesome and delicious...better than the other local food places on the island we had (for lunch). The Moonshell Residence has a very nice Rooftop Bar and an amazing staff which is exceptionally courteous and nice. We had a lovely and comfortable room and the property is close to the Bikini Beach, which was amazing. We also had our own sunbeds and sunumbrella.

The days in Maalhos exceeded my expectations. I have been to 5 different islands in the Maldives for 2 1/2 weeks and Maalhos was my favorite. This was due to several reasons. The main reason was my stay in the great guest house. I was there alone for 5 days and Martin and his family welcomed me so warmly that by the end of the vacation I felt like I was leaving friends or family members. The room and bathroom were very clean and nicely decorated. The food was super tasty and very much:) I explained to Martin that I eat vegan, which was no problem at all. The second reason why Maalhos is my favorite island is because of the cleanliness that prevails on the island. Maalhos was the cleanest island of all the ones I visited. And it was sooo beautiful there. I can wholeheartedly recommend a vacation there at Martin's guesthouse to anyone. I will never forget the time there!
