Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a rooftop pool, quiet street view and a patio, Ocean Eleven 25 is located in Mount Maunganui.

This property was amazing, open plan living, fresh, spacious, a walk away from the beach, cafes and restaurants. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, one of my kids said … she had the best sleep ever 😂🤣. The solar heated swimming/spa pool was amazing, kids swam all day and the view of the beach/mountain was spectacular. Highly recommend this property and looking forward to returning in December. Our Home away from home experience was a great experience.
