Alfred and his lovely wife have created a little paradise and they have paid attention to every single detail an apartment should be equipped with. Upon checking in, they welcomed us and made sure nothing was missing during our stay. Always with a smile and always polite and discreet. The apartment was super clean, perfect wifi, stylish decoration, fully equipped kitchen, and the view was breathtaking! Not to forget there is an option for breakfast and we were glad we chose it.The breakfast was superb. We really enjoyed our stay. We booked the apartment with sea view. We highly recommend La Vida Selfcatering apartments!

We were on a family holiday and picked Erica's apartment. Even before we arrived there she was very cooperative and checked with us the time that we were going to check in etc. She also helped us to get a rent-a-car. The place is 10 minutes away from the airport and easily accessible along the main road. The beach is on the other side of the apartment. The apartment was really good, clean, and spacious. We arrived earlier than the check-in and the apartment was ready for no extra cost. All the amenities were arranged. The kitchen is well equipped and we used it during our entire stay. She was very corporative with all our requests. There are supermarkets near the apartment so everything was easily reachable.

Where do I even start, it was just a dream! 10 out of 10 stars! The hostess Beryl is an asset. We had great conversations, she was extremely helpful and also advised us on tours without trying to talk you into anything. We were very grateful for her tips. For easy access to the accommodation I recommend a car, Beryl also did the booking for us and got us a great price with a good provider. The garden with various fruits is fantastic and big enough to spend some nice moments on site. We had the deluxe room so we had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the garden, mountains and sea! We actually spent every evening here. Breakfast is prepared by Beryl herself and is varied with a great selection of egg dishes, fruits, pancakes and many more. She did a great job of accommodating us and offering us various vegetarian/vegan alternatives. If we ever go back to Mahe, for sure we will stay again at this place! I can only highly recommend to anyone.

The property is perfectly located for exploring the island, north or south, even though it is not near to the beach- so depending on people's preferences. The view is really nice- it is more comfortable if you have a car since the hills are steep, what could be a walk ends up as a hike otherwise :) Considering the value it has everything you need and more! And even if you are missing something the owners are lovely people so they will surely help you out! 2 friendly small dogs and 2 cats are a nice addition for all the animal lovers! Also great garden with fresh fruits! Sadly there was not enough time to try Jimmy- the owner's dinner, next time! The lady owner Maya is also a great animal lover she is taking care of - feeding the abandoned cats, so we thought it would be nice to help her out with a package or two of cat food since she is such a lovely soul!
