The property is excellent , it’s an oasis set just far enough back from the foreshore to be totally peaceful, there’s only 4 rooms that surround the pool area , set on an acre of manicured gardens, Fanni & Omar are perfect hosts , nothing is too much trouble, so very helpful from the minute u arrive and can even arrange a private car to the airport for less than the tourists cars charge. Very secure , 1 minute walk and you are at the beach 10/10 experience, it’s better than their photos, & as a comparison, the places my 2 friends stayed at were dumps , 🙏🙏🙏

We had an awesome stay! My partner and I stayed 5 nights at Lote44 and it could not have been a better choice! Lote44 is conveniently locates just 5 min walk from the beach and surf spots, also close to places to eat in El Zonte. The hotel has big space with garden and palmtrees, common areas to relax and hang out, and a nice&clean swimming pool. There is also a shared kitchen very well equipped and also very clean. Our room was very comfortable, with tv (we didn't use) and aircon. During our stay I was working online and it worked perfectly fine, there was a desk and more options where I could sit to work for several hours a day, and Wifi worked pretty well! This place is well maintained and the atmosphere at this guesthouse was super nice, very welcoming and friendly people we met here. A big thanks to Elisabeth, the host, as she is very helpful and she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. :) We really enjoyed our time here, we felt at home. Thanks and if we ever come back to El Salvador, we'll definitely stay here!

Todo de este lugar estaba increíble. Las acomodaciones eran confortables y con ventilador personal en cada cama 🛌. Águeda había un bonito espacio con hamacas, cocina e piscina dónde se podía confraternizar con la gente del Hostel. Tanto los demás viajantes como el dueño y los funcionarios fueron super amables. Se oferece vários servicios incluyendo clases de surf 🏄‍♂️

This property was absolutely beautiful and charming. It’s more like a beach villa than a tree house. The property is quite large and can certainly provide large parties for daytime around the pool and pool house, however only sleeps about 6 comfortably as the actual house is smaller in size. The modern decor and furnishings make up for its size making this comfortable and lovely to hang out it when it got really hot! One modern indoor bathroom with de-fogging mirror and pool house bathroom in addition to the poolside shower. Beds were very comfortable. And A/C was great! Plan for no laundry machine. Property is completely secured!! We ate on the porch and inside as there is a bar with stools in the kitchen and table outside with a patio set. Plus a table in the poool house too! The kitchen offered everything from a good coffee maker and el salvadorian coffee and milk frothier, salt and sugar & all things needed to cook. There was even filtered water tank and ice in the freezer. I felt so at home here! Kids loved the pool & taking naps or reading in the hammocks. You can see the beach from here and takes about ten minutes to walk to. The beach is private and also mother most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen in my life. If I had to choose between Hawaii and here and come back here over and over. One thing we were surprised about was the flight of stairs to get up to the house from the street- about 4 or 5 flights going uphill as the property is on a steep hill. Not a problem for us- we counted it as cardio! The trees and property are well maintained and caretakers come everyday to water and clean the pool. Another surprise was the additional pool at the beach! Overall excellent place to stay with family or friends to relax and have fun in absolute paradise. We will certainly be returning.

-The private room was spacious enough and had a comfortable bed, some furniture and a (strong) fan that did its work perfectly for me -Bathroom ok: a bit small for tall Europeans but doable☺️ shower bit low pressure and only cold water (like everywhere in El Tunco?), but no big problem in the climate over there -WiFi wasn’t working when I arrived due to a by a storm broken cable, but the owner did put many effort in having it fixed and after being fixed the Wifi worked very well -Location a 10 minute walk from the beach and the center of Playa El Tunco -Bus can drop you off approx. 5 minutes from the property -Outside/patio area where you can sit/hang out -There’s a small kitchen you can use -Friendly and helpful owner, many thanks again Andres!
