The place didn’t offer breakfast. As for the location, it’s excellent for people who are looking for a view to enjoy and a quietness for comfortable stay . Medium size shopping markets and restaurants are at 1/2 to 1 km while Trabzon mall is about 1.5 km, though waking is a bit hard as the place is in a mountain area. The apartments are really spacious with big rooms, living area and kitchen full with all amenities, hence highly recommended for families specially. Reception guys, Ali and Deneen, are very very nice, hospitable and helpful, I would sincerely thank them here for what they offered and helped me with.

The apartment was huge, clean, and suitable for families. The receptionist speaks fluent Arabic and was very helpful. The bathroom has spray bidet. I'm happy that NETFLIX was available. Excellent location with sea view.

Everything really good in the facility and whatever you miss anything be sure they will do the best as possible. Location is very near to Uzungol lake and in the way to Sultan Murat, strategic location in this area. Mr. Ali is very supportive and cooperative. He always think about the guests and try to do the best for guest and you can realise that he always put guest satisfaction and needs on his top priority. I had a problem with a rental car in Trabzon as they gave me a car with multiple troubles, he support me the whole day to speak to the company and other connections to return or replace it and he faced many troubles because of his action, but he insist to solve it and be patient with car rental company owner and went with me to Trabzon next day to return it and found a better car for me. This situation is a proof of his ownership and supportive behaviours.

Nice pretty furniture Sea view is so calming Has balcony that is covered so even in winter and cold day you can enjoy your view All cleaning products were available and all cooking appliances as well Very clean The host is very nice . He brought us a plate of fruits as a gift He cleaned the apartment al though we arrived on very short notice If you are staying with your family do NOT hesitate or else you will miss a great place
