Amazing homestay! The building is so well looked after, and the room was spacious and clean and nicely decorated. The location is good - a quiet neighbourhood close to the waterfront and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hostess is extremely nice and welcoming. I was very happy to spend a couple of nights at this homestay :)

Situated in Dong Hoi, Quang Binh region, 117 Bà Triệu Homestay is set 2.4 km from Nhat Le Beach. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi.

Lovely family run Homestay with very humble owners. Our room was big, comfortable, everything worked and whilst possibly considered more 'basic' was perfect for myself and my daughter. Hot water shower, super clean bedroom and bathroom, good lighting, useful TV with decent channels for the evenings, air con AMAZING and a very good fan also. Lots of towels. I LOVE the VN mattresses, super firm and a great nights sleep. The pillows were OK but we are very fussy about pillows. Wif worked well. Also worth mentioning is that this homestay is very very well designed. There are no external windws in the rooms and the rooms come off a dark cool corridor (also with no windows) - at our visit Dong Hoi waa ridicualously hot and humid; going back to the homestay was excellent and cool, the room wasnt too hot at all :-) Highly recommedn this place, we stayed for longer and will certainly have good memeories form here and return if we come back to Dong Hoi for a third time. Thankyou.

Fantastic and very helpful hosts. The homestay itself is very calming and just off the Main Street so it’s nice and quiet. The room was very big, clean and had the softest bed we’ve had so far in Vietnam. 10/10 would stay here again.

Loved how friendly and helpful she was, can book tours very easily to Phong Nha and facilities are great with a smart TV and hot showers with strong water pressure. Site is very close to the beach aswell which makes for easy access
