We stayed in the Lake View room and it was lovely, especially seeing the daily lives of those living around the lake. The room was clean and comfortable. Laundry services were available and the host did an amazing job with our clothes. The homestay is within walking distance to the Imperial City as well as a local market. Great food options in the area. Some of the best spots were in hidden alleys. The homestay is also near a great corner cafe, tasty bánh mì, and an excellent barber. The host for this homestay was so incredibly sweet! It was a joy to interact with her and her visitors. Yes, there is a language barrier, but I'm not sure where most of the reviewers think they are traveling to. You'd think they were going to the UK or Canada with how much English they expect everyone to speak. Folks, you're in Vietnam and there are plenty of translation apps!

La benvinguda va ser molt càlida i és una persona que tot t' ho posa fàcil, t' explica es millors lloc on menjar, la millor manera de visitar els llocs més interessants... Vaig arribar pel matí després d' una nit de bus i al moment em va fer el check in, no vaig tenir que esperar. Vaig voler visitar les pagodes, mausoleu.. tot el que queda fora la ciutat i per un molt bon preu el seu marit m' hi va portar amb cotxe, em va esperar el temps que vaig necessitar per visitar cada cosa. Tot ho té molt net i el llit és molt còmode. El pankakes que fa la Hana estan boníssim. SÓN UNA PARELLA MOLT AGRADABLE

The room looked like the picture and was very clean, the bedding was super soft and we had everything we needed. The room even had air conditioning and a fan so you could choose what to use.
