Everything was perfect. Here you can get much better services and prices from the center. Actually is an apartment with hotel services. The metro station is outside you doorstep so you can go to marina mall or marina in ten minutes. The best part is that in metro you can always find a seat because it is the starting point. There is a mini market in the metro station for the essentials when you go home and also a bigger one 5 minutes from the hotel. The most important factor that makes me love this place is the staff. Bravo guys your doing an excellent job. I travel a lot and that one was my best apartment until now.

Also the staff taking care of your room, Mr. Mehedi, Pathum, Tarak, were doing an incredible job. I enjoyed my two days stay at Royal Regency Suites very much and am looking forward to my next trip to Dubai!

The buffet breakfast was great. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was great too. Last but not least, I accidentally left my DC backup memory cards at the hotel and the hotel staffs helped me to find it and checked for any possible methods to send those cards to me. That's lucky for me to get those precious photos back and I really have a say a BIG THANK YOU to the hotel staffs, they helped a lot.

Clean/ new/friendly staff. Near restaurants/ train/tram/Carrefour/ nice area to walk for exercise next to the water. Beautiful pool.

Big call I know, but the owner is incredibly generous and friendly greeting me at 10pm when I arrived with family dinner prepared. Excellent hang out area so really easy to meet people. Vibe 10/10! One of the best trips I've ever had! The flat, situated on the 35th floor, offers breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and downtown area. It's impeccably clean, and the pools and spa facilities are fantastic. The property manager is incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel staff are delightful. With three restaurants on-site and a private kitchen in the flat, it's a perfect blend of convenience and luxury. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
