We book a long stay here, covering Christmas and New Year's. And it was a great decision! We had the ground-floor apartment, which is actually one single large room, with a double bed and a couch that opens - very good quality both, slept very well. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher (although we didn't really cook that much). It's 8min away by car to the Gondola and 1min away from Ossiach Lake. I bet it's beautiful during summer, but it was great also now. Christian, the owner, is a great person, helped us out with a small problem - I think we saw him 3 times during our stay, but if we needed something, he was always reachable. Due to the pandemic and the fact that this is usually a summer destination, we were mostly alone in the whole villa, which made us feel very like at home (our own vacation house in Austria :) ) There are grocery stores nearby, Villach Is 15min by car, Feldkirchen the same. And as a bonus, the train station is just across (and not, you can't hear the train passing). There are plenty of things to do around and places to visit, for all ages. It was a great vacation and we plan on going back again in 2022!

The swimming pool is clean and the access quite comfortable. Saunas were of high quality and quite spacious. Of course, we were a bit of the season ( March) but I suppose there is enough space for the interested guests. The ski pistes are very close, you put your skies and you are on the slopes! Amazing! The staff (we were welcomed by Joseph, but his colleagues, another gentleman and a lady) were super friendly.
