The rooms are very spacious, clean and are equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay. The first night we had a room with a bed which was rather soft. Very personal, but we don't like soft beds at all. The next morning they tried their best to shuffle some rooms around so we could change rooms and have a different bed more to our liking. The staff is super friendly and tries to make sure your stay is fantastic! Thank you for making our stay perfect and recommend Patagonia Apart to anyone staying in Punta Arenas for a night or a couple of nights!

Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. Juan is a super nice host, everything was clean and well organised

What a great first night in Chile! I was welcomed with such warmth. My room was quiet, bed was comfy, bathroom was down the hall, lots of hot water. Breakfast was just what I needed. Location was on a quiet street within walking distance on the waterfront and downtown.

Feels like a family home that’s been opened up for travellers, they let us store our luggage there while we did the O trek, breakfast is available from the night before so it’s very convenient if you’re leaving on an early bus, lots of warm heating so rooms and space are very cosy, beds are very comfortable, towels provided, super friendly family that runs the space, close to lots of restaurants/city centre, very clean!

For those who don’t like 20 meter rooms in hotels it’s a very good place. Big and equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms. Located not in center but taxi is cheap to go everywhere. We like a lot ❤️

They were right there to help us all day and evening. And this was a last-minute add on 2 nights to our original 1 night because the hotel we were in up north was so miserably cold with no heat, we canceled and came south. So glad we did. So much more enjoyable when you are in a nice apartment. The water is drinkable and the steam heat is thermostat controlled and keeps every room warm. Instant on gas water heater was hot and infinite. Internet and DirecTV was great.

Ubytovanie má vírivku a... - Great little sanctuary and retreat after a very long flight - comfortable bedding, robe, etc. The perfect place to relax and unwind with a good book and get over the jetlag - Host was very responsive over Whatsapp about any issues and helped arrange a taxi to pick me up at the airport - Very kind and attentive host - helped me bring my bag to and from the Cabana (actually more helpful in that aspect than one of the tour operators!) - Hot tub was easy to power on and off with thorough demonstration at check in - Very enjoyable to soak in the hot tub, sit back and enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains!! - Generous continental breakfast offering (yogurt, bread, ham/cheese) and complimentary tea/coffee/juice. - WiFi was reliable - successfully made a video call on my laptop

Easy to find free street parking around. Easy check in with door code, no keys required. Hosts came when it was convenient for us to charge us, able to pay with credit card. Excellent value for the price
