The breakfast is great! The bed is very comfortable and the living room is very cosy. I felt the flat as a whole was in need of real deep–clean, windows, cabinets, mirrors, fridge, shelving. The sofa was stained. The bed headboard was worn down. Bed mattress should have mattress protective cover. Sheets were slippery and would not stay in place so that I woke up half on the bare mattress with the sheets all over the place. Great hot water and powerful shower. There were a couple of automatic (chemical) air scent devices, one of which emitted a spray regularly which I found overwhelming. The position of the flat in the vast residential block is shaded from the direct glare of the scorching sun which was a real relief. The flat was comfortably cool therefore during the day, still with plenty of light flooding the flat. That was very nice. Kitchenette old and worn. I didn’t feel inspired to cook in any case since my stay was very short. To be honest it felt as if the long term occupier/s had vacated her/ his/their flat for the duration of my stay (two nights) and had quickly wiped things down and changed the sheets. I would rate the stay 7.9.

Property is great! Located in Providencia, far away from the noise and the hassle of the city, but close enough to main means of transportation like the metro and bus stations, it also has several great restaurants nearby and a supermarket around the corner. Very quiet and peaceful and they give a big breakfast so you won’t be feeling hungry!

DEPARTAMENTOS SANTIAGO CENTRO es un alojamiento muy bien situado en el centro de Santiago que ofrece balcón. Hay parking privado en el propio alojamiento. La atención de su dueño, fue excelente. muy predispuesto a ayudar, muy gentil y súper cordial. Contar que llegamos pasadas las 24:00 por el vuelo, el dueño nos recibió de la mejor manera, le pedimos un adaptador para poder cargar el celular y al día siguiente nos trajo el adaptador. Muy buena atención!! ☺️👍👏💪
