Located in the centre of Shanghai, OPARTMENT（远东饭店） is a recently renovated accommodation, which provides soundproof rooms. Super friendly staff, left my souvenirs in the room when checked out, the staffs were kind enough to send them to me via mail the day after. Rooms are super clean and patio is also very spacious and nice, rooftop bar is a vibe! Will go back for sure.

The apartment is bright and spacious, conveniently located near Jing'an Temple, which is a perfect location to reach all the main attraction in Shanghai. The fact that there were a washing machine and dryer allowed me to take less clothes and have more space in my luggage for souvenirs. The apartment is located in a residential area and I loved that I was staying among locals, no tourists there. It gave me the chance to witness the locals everyday life and that is extra point for me! The mattress is quite firm, and I'm usually not used to that, but I slept like a baby every night. Lily was so kind and communication with her was perfect since the very beginning, she gave me a lot of tips and suggestions and I felt really looked after. I highly recommend this solution for your trip to Shanghai, I would definitely book again if going back to Shanghai. Just be aware that the apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift, but I knew that beforehand and for me it was not at issue.

The place was very nice and clean. The bedroom was comfortable and had a pretty balcony view. There's also a pullout coach in the living room and a long table to do work on. The host picked us up from the subway station and was very friendly and accommodating. She helped answer all our questions and was very responsive. I had a really nice stay here and would overall really recommend it! The apartment is a short walk to the nearest subway (Shnagda Station) and around 45 minutes from main Shanghai attractions by train.

My family stayed at the property for about one-month. It is located at the city centre with great neighborhood, Very convenient and easily accessible to metro and a good variety of food ranging from traditional local Shanghai to high-end restaurants. The apartment is spacious, fully furnished and cozy. The hosts are very responsive to our requests and helped us settle in the neighborhood by providing a very useful list of recommendations on food and daily necessities.

Equipe tres accueillante et qui m'a beaucoup aidé pour les actions administratives (quarantine, aeroport, carte SIM, magasin, etc.) Sans eux, j'aurais raté mon avion. Ils parlent chinois et anglais. Lieu vraiment joli, calme et appaisant. Tres tres content.

Le Kevin's Old House est situé dans le centre-ville de Shanghai, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro du temple Jing'an (ligne 2). Super location for anyone who wants to be in the French Concession. It's a 3 minute walk from Anfu Lu. The staff in the hotel and the very good Italian restaurant downstairs were all so lovely, friendly, helpful, warmhearted that my days of coming and going to and from Shanghai and staying with them at intervals were a joy! And from a very practical point of view, the washing machine in my bathroom was a very nice surprise! And the staff really went to trouble to make sure that guests had something they loved for breakfast. Big thanks to Xiao Zu (spelling?!), Aiyi, Guido, Monica, David and everyone who made my stay there so lovely!
