No Flowers Boutique Hostel is situated in the Guandu district in Kunming, and has a private pool, a kitchen and mountain views. This is an excellent choice in a wonderful location if you have a stopover in Kunming. Nick, the owner was so kind and did everything to make my stay perfect in every way. He picked me up from the airport, took me back the next day, and gave me a room upgrade all for free. Modern room facilities including a sunken bath, kind hospitality, and the position of this hotel in an amazing Chinese village all helped to create a most memorable stay.

Situated in Shangri-La, 13 km from Guishan Park, Aurora Hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and express check-in and check-out. The hosts at Aurora were some of the most helpful and welcoming that I've ever had. They greeted us with Tibetan tea on our arrival and when we left, they gave us a small gift bag. We visited during the Spring Festival so some things were closed and transport was not as available, they helped us with this issue. The hotel is located out of Old town and is a 15 minute drive away. They arranged private drivers for hire, drove us into town whenever we needed and helped us organize our COVID tests. They took us to the hospital and to the bus terminal and helped us plan everything. They spoke English and were always available on Wechat. They provide free breakfast and offer dinner on site. This family is so sweet and so extremely helpful! I will be returning simply because of how warm and welcoming they were.

Boasting a garden and views of mountain, Super Invincible All Seaview Villa is a recently renovated villa set in Dali, 12 km from Monument of Shih-tsu Taking over Yunnan. The host is the kindest man under the sun. He really helped with everything making my stay very enjoyable. Provided a bunch of suggestions what to do in Dali. Property is new, with good standard, and the views at the lake are amazing; you want to check out the sunsets for sure!
