The location was great, right in the centre of La Fortuna. The rooms felt luxurious when compared with other accommodations in the area. Fernando was so kind and helpful, he helped arrange our activities and was great to talk to. I would definitely recommend staying here.

He explained how everything worked and even had a couple of snacks available. You could tell he took a lot of pride in the room he had developed for his guests. My girlfriend and I booked this place close to the airport as a matter of convenience for an early morning flight the next day and we were super satisfied with how cute, spacious, and homey the room was.

Situated in Alajuela City in the Alajuela region, with Alejandro Morera Soto Stadium nearby, Mario y Jeannette features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Jeanette was super nice, she offered us a spare room as I reserved the wrong dates, instead of turning us off. We could use her kitchen, everything was very clean and well equipped, the bed comfortable.

Situated just 30 km from Poas National Park, Airport Traveler's home. The outside was also very inviting. They have just really thought this through and made it very special for travelers.

Bungalow Batsù is a recently renovated apartment in Fortuna, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. The air-conditioned accommodation is 17 km from La Fortuna Waterfall.... It was so nice and cosy , the host family were very helpful. Like a small home from home.

Featuring inner courtyard views, Airport SJO Residence - Edward & Familia Inn features accommodation with balcony, around 33 km from Poas National Park. The arrangement of things in the room, the cleanliness of the space, the free coffee (yummy), the attention to details in the rooms, the helpful owner, and so many things. Such a great place. The owner was very responsive and even helped drop-off my friend at the airport for a minimal charge at 4:30 AM.

Situated in Alajuela City, 31 km from Poas National Park, Alexander b&b features recently renovated accommodation with free WiFi and a garden. Patricia is really friendly, she came to pick us up from the airport and helped us find our bus the next day. She cooked us an amazing breakfast and was just very helpful and friendly throughout. The room is basic but it has all you need for a short stay. The bed is really comfy. I would definitely stay there again if I'm back in San José.

Located in Fortuna, the recently renovated Apartamentos M&M provides accommodation 5.1 km from La Fortuna Waterfall and 5.4 km from Kalambu Hot Springs. The most comfortable place we found while travelling through Latin America! Everything you need is there, super cozy and well located, the neighbour is very safe and walking distance to the centre. We definitely recommend this place!!!
