Our experience was wonderful, we were sorry that we couldn't stay longer. The house is very comfortable, clean, calm, and the view is incredible. Wendy was an great host, she immediately made us feel welcome, and pointed us to good activities nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here and would go back without hesitation.

Casa Ecológica - Sarapiqui is a holiday home featuring a garden with a terrace, located in La Virgen. The property features views of the mountains and is 49 km from San José. Beautiful location in the forest. House had 2 balconies and 2 porches providing excellent birdwatching. Wendy is a very knowledgeable guide and provided excellent birding and night hikes.

Welcome to Casa Familiar La Tortuga, your home away from home in Barva de Heredia! The owners welcomed us into their home. The room was very spacious and clean with a good size balcony. Excellent breakfast.

The Deluxe Boutique Lodge was perfect in so many ways. We booked this location to be close to Poas National Park and La Paz Waterfall Garden. It was 20 minutes to one and 10 to the other. Walter met us at the property even though due to weather and construction we were about an hour late. He also became our lifesaver that day. Again, due to weather, a family member was delayed arriving into San Jose. Walter volunteered to drive down to San Jose and pick her up. The property is located on the main road into the small village of Vara Blanca, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The Lodge is super clean and very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable, the WIFI very good and the huge TV was a welcome diversion during the stormy weather. We do not hesitate to recommend this property
