Residential Salinas B&B in Sal Rei beschikt over een gemeenschappelijke lounge en een bar. The owner is very nice and alwys there to help. Someone is cleaning the room everyday. Mosquito net in the room is also very appreciated. Extra point for the decoration of the place and the homemade yogurt.

Lovely location next to the beach, apparment had everything we required , We had apparment on side ground floor which never go sun on balcony all day but beach is yard's away. Local restaurants were good value and host had left helpful guide off lots of key locations in area. Pick up and drop off again arranged by host very smooth and only took 10min. Overall great spot it you just want to chill.

Apartamento Avenida heeft uitzicht op de stad, en biedt accommodatie met een balkon en een waterkoker, op ongeveer 6 minuten lopen van Praia de Estoril. Lovely appartment close to the beach and the center. I arrived in the middle of the night and the owner was there to welcome me. The house is at the location of the map on booking, so easy to find. The owner is waiting at the balcony, so i found it really easy. For boa vista prices, really amazing. Yes it is a busy street, you won't find yourself on the balcony but luckily you have lots of cafes or the beach to chill. The kitchen it a bit limited, maybe a frying pan would be nice, but in the basicness you can still make everything you want (i also assume you are not going to cook all out since its a holiday). Bed is comfi and big. Its really not that hot during the night, so a fan is more than enough (i didn't even need it).

Ka-Bela 2 ligt in Sal Rei, op 4 minuten lopen van Praia de Cruz, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, een terras en gratis WiFi. The price was unbeatable, for the size of the room/location/cleanliness. The owners speak French, likely Creole and Portuguese. If you speak German it‘s s bit of a language barrier! But very, very nice couple. Sal Rei is very small, and everything is very accessible

Vila Mare - Praia de Chaves frontline beschikt over een tuin, een terras, een bar, en biedt accommodatie in Cabeçadas met gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de zee. Everything was beyond our expectation. From arrival to departure, this was the most relaxed & perfect holiday i have been on. We were greeted at the airport by the free transfer and greeted by Henning at the villa with the keys and a tour around the property. It was our honeymoon and we were presented with drinks on ice and romantic decorations. The fridge was stocked with beers, soft drinks and milk. The pantry was stocked with all cleaning essentials including a washing machine. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils you need, condiments, coffee & sugar. I enjoyed using the coffee machine every morning with views of the beach. The aircon was in every room and a lovely bonus! All furniture was comfy and plentiful. The large bath with sea views was very relaxing. You literally didn't need anything here apart from food. We went to the the Italian supermarket in Sal Rei to stock up breakfast and lunch items. We went to the cafe on the beach for dinner which was very nice and only a 15 minute walk up the beach to the right. We also went into Sal Rei a few times to try various restaurants, every single one provided excellent food. We did not have 1 bad meal during our whole stay. Henning was very helpful and provided us with restaurant recommendations & taxi numbers. He also went out of his way to bring me pain killers when i was unable to walk to the shop due to foot pain. We went on a number of excursions including whale watching, snorkelling and quad biking. I suggest you use the leaflets obtained at the airport and shop around for the best price. The views, accessibility and distance to the beach were excellent. The beach is slightly rocky in from the villa however just a couple of meters in either direction, you can swim freely & the water is so warm! Waves can get a bit big however it just adds to the fun. Plenty of sun loungers at the property too and was nice to relax in the beautiful garden when not on the beach.

Boavista Beach Apartment ligt in Sal Rei, op 3 minuten lopen van Praia de Estoril, en is voorzien van aan het strand accommodatie met gratis fietsen en gratis WiFi. The hosts were wonderfully kind and assistive. Tina was a guide to the island, organized anything we only mentioned and she is a really nice person. Apartment is spacious and comfortable and it was perfectly clean. There is no airconditioning, but windows provided sufficient airflow (with insect nets) to feel very comfortable. WiFi was working very good (but electrical power may be unstable). Bathroom nice, shower cabin much better than average.

I don't know how, but Sylvia thought of everything you might need during your stay. I was so surprised to, every time, find what I needed in this apartment : small drying rack, plug adaptor and phone chargers, several small lamps to create a reading corner. As a host myself, I can say that it is very rare to find such perfect rentals which so clearly show how much thought, care and love the host has put into designing them. The location and building is absolutely idyllic. The building is a renovated fisherman's house, and you're located in the heart of local life, not in the touristic part with impersonal hotels, witnessing the fishermen getting busy in the morning, the children playing in the streets, etc. And yet within 5 mins walking you find yourself in the very city center. This is simply a gem and, to me, the best place to stay at in Sal Rei. The studio is also guarded at night by Manuel who's an absolute delight and can help you with anything you might need. The only downside would be that this rental is not owned by a local but by a European lady, hence if you want to support the local economy and local people, this is not for you. Thanks to its location however, this rental seems to offer a perfect balance between local authenticity and modern comfort.

Vilas na areia aparthotel ligt op 5 minuten lopen van Praia de Estoril, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, een barbecue en een 24-uursreceptie. Er is gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. Rosella en Antonio ontvingen ons met open armen en hebben een fijne sfeer neergezet in dit kleine paradijsje. Ze helpen je met alles waar je vragen over hebt, van moeilijk te vinden zonnebrand tot aan het huren van een auto, goede restaurant aanbevelingen en fixen van taxi’s. Echt top!! Tevens was t appartement heel goed, schoon en rustig.
