A recently renovated property, Hostal La Terraza is situated in Quito near Sucre Theatre, El Ejido Park and Bolivar Theatre. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and reliable. They helped us with any problem that came up and were willing to keep our luggage and provided us with a transport to the airport.

The nearby street had a lot of activity but the way the room is positioned was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable and mini kitchen was perfect for our needs.

Franco, the proprietor, truly cares about the place, and has overseen a gorgeous renovation of the property. Everything shows the touch of an elegant and tasteful design sensibility. Franco is also very helpful and accommodating to the guests.

We had an early morning flight and they arranged us breakfast at 3:30am. This is something we weren't used to. The location is 10min from the airport. Very good to stay one night before your flight.

Beautiful Hotel with incredibly kind and helpful staff that made our 1 week stay very comfortable. Great internet, comfortable beds, hot showers and they even helped with laundry services. The breakfast was wonderful, with fruits and good coffee.

Very neat and comfortable apartment with a great view. If you value your privacy like me you'll like it here as there is minimal contact with staff. Walking distance to many things and importantly Plaza Foch.

The Fontana: Location + Pool is located in Quito. Including a private pool and a terrace, this apartment also has a restaurant. This amazing apartment is located in a very fancy building, a safe area of Quito right next to restaurants and parks. Security, private, modern, fancy, and easy to check in. The landlord accepts PayPal and cash only, not credit cards. I like this apartment a lot. They have 2 huge rooms and 2 separate bathrooms too. Huge wardrobe walk-in.
