We needed to take public bus to abu simbel and need breadfast , the bread were really nice ! All staff are very helpful too. They are doing actual work for customers ! I wish I have more time to stay and enjoy. Please must contact host after arrival at elephantine Island and they will show the shortest way to the house

We were even invited for a local wedding! They will help with your travel agenda or arranging car/boat for a very good price. They help also with Abu Simbel day trips. Room was comfortable, with spacious bathroom. We even extended our stay there. 😊

Happy to be on an island a bit further from the trouble and noise of the city. The terrasse offers beautiful views over the Nile. The room is basic but clean and comfortable. Mohammed is nice and very useful. We will definitely come back if we come back to Aswan (which we hope to)!

Here's a short review of our fantastic experience: The room was amazing, with a balcony offering a stunning view of the Nile. It was not only beautiful but also spotlessly clean. Plus, the family who owns the guest house was incredibly welcoming and took great care of us, making us feel like part of their family. The location on Elephantine Island was perfect. It was a peaceful escape from the busy Aswan, and getting to the mainland was a breeze with their boat service (thanks to captain Ali). Breakfasts were delicious, featuring tasty local dishes and fresh juices. A real highlight was the Nile cruise organized by "the uncle name". It's an absolute must-do with breathtaking scenery, historical sites, and friendly guides. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Especially Ali who was always willing to take us to the opposite bank in his relaxing boat. In short, Airkela Nubian Guest House offered an authentic and delightful Egyptian experience. We're grateful to the wonderful family who made our stay so memorable. We can't wait to return!
