Situated half a mile from Plymouth Hoe, The Imperial Plymouth is a stylish guesthouse offering modern rooms and apartments. The staff were so friendly and nothing was a problem. The location is fantastic, Plymouth Hoe is a couple of hundred yards away and city centre within 3 mins walking distance. The rooms are a good size with everything you need. The breakfast menu is great and cooked to perfection. Free parking is great in a very busy city

Offering a garden and garden view, Westley B&B is situated in Uplyme, 2.8 km from Lyme Regis Front Beach and 14 km from Golden Cap. It was a clean, cozy b&b! Very close to the bus stop and there was a nearby pub. The buses were down for the bank holiday, so we walked to and from Lyme Regis via a beautiful river path.

Located within 44 km of Newton Abbot Racecourse and 11 km of Marsh Mills in Plymouth, Rural Retreat in Devon provides accommodation with seating area. Lovely quiet location surprisingly easy to find and it felt.very secure. The room was perfect for us and our two spaniels and it was lovely to have a kitchen right next door so we could make breakfast and tea in the morning. There was bread, yogurts and jams left out for us and coffee pods in the room so we couldn't have asked for more for an overnight stay. Having easy access straight out onto the grassed area in the morning was perfect for the dogs and both owners were lovely and friendly when we met them. Definitely will return when visiting the moors or the zoo which was just down the road. Thank you too Debbie for posting hubby's jumper back. You're a super host 😁.

Located in Plymouth, The Ivy Barn Holbeton is a recently renovated accommodation, 44 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse and 17 km from Marsh Mills. Cute place. Quiet, lovely staff, great extras like a hot tub, bathrobes, fridge and free parking. Beds were comfy, wifi god and heating worked easily and on a timer. Highly recommend!

Boasting pool with a view and views of mountain, Halekulani Devon Homestay is a recently renovated homestay situated in Torquay, 1.5 km from Maidencombe Beach. What’s not to love about Halekulani Devon Home Stay? A beautiful, immaculately clean house in a beautiful location with far sweeping ocean views, super comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for a bath or shower and a great breakfast. All the hallmarks of a truly great bed and breakfast are there, but what makes a stay here even more special are the little touches, the attention to detail that Anne, your delightful hostess and new to the hospitality game this past year (although you wouldn’t know it), has included, such as the little slate heart hanging in my room that said “welcome, Keith” on it. These are the things that stand out and turn a nice stay into a truly memorable one. In keeping with the Hawaiian theme, the whole house exudes an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. There’s even beautiful Hawaiian songs playing at breakfast. Overall, an exceptional stay and one that I hope to repeat often. Halekulani, as the very helpful info sheet that Anne provides in every room, actually means “a house befitting heaven” and based on my stay, I think this house is perfectly named. Mahalo, Anne!

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Gresham Court features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. The whole stay was just a pleasure: Welcoming hosts, beautiful room, best bed ever and excellent breakfast.

Set in Ilfracombe in the Devon region, with Ilfracombe and Wildersmouth beach nearby, The Devonshire Villa offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and a great location. Bonus points for the amazing homemade cookies waiting for us in our room when we arrived.
