Modern facility with a great location. The property manager was excellent and solved some minor problems quickly. The location enabled us to walk to all attractions and was right on the edge of a number of shopping streets and some really great restaurants were close by. The two balconies were really nice the view of the mountains and Med from the upper one was nice.

Mosaic is centrally situated in Chania Town. Free WiFi is provided throughout. Each room at this guest house is air conditioned and comes with a flat-screen TV. You will find a kettle in the room. The staff was exceptional, incredibly lovely and attentive people, plus, they loved our little dog, it was a joy! The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on, not joking. The location is perfect minutes away by foot from the old town of Chania and some delicious restaurants. There is also an area in the lobby that is good for remote working.

The rooms were very nice. Bar is great. Restaurant is good. Beach is nice but we used the location to go to another beaches. The pool was very nice as well.

Dinner in the restaurant very good and in reasonably price, the breakfast buffet with the most important and fresh food / fruit / vegetables. Room clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful view from the balconies. A bit of a narrow staircase to move around at night. The only drawback is the distance from the restaurant/shops, a bit far to go on your feet, but the hotel also offers car rental during your stay - a very plus!
