Breakfast choice was very good. The view out on to the harbour was really fantastic, smell of salty water and seaweed, just like home. Beautiful dining area. I met the owner of the property, who was really nice to speak with. The staff were great too. The northern lights were just so beautiful.

Recently built, small tiny houses in a great location with a beautiful view over the lake and the surrounding hills. The place is nicely decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy fireplace. The owners were extremely welcoming and friendly and even prepare a small welcome gift in the kitchen. We would have loved staying longer.

We were delighted by their hospitality. The room was great, Its location was far and quite remote but that just made it even more enjoyable for us as it was in a prime location to watch the northern lights If you're planning to stay in Egilsstaðir this is the place for you

It has a washer and a heated drying rack in the washroom which I think is a bonus.All the cooking utensils are available. The place is so spacious. I would come back again.

Situated in Höfn in the South Iceland region, Miðsker 1 has a patio and lake views. The property features garden views. This little house is very cozy and very well equipped. We didn’t notice while making a reservation but the place has a gas grill! How awesome is that!

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Hallormsstaður, Mjóanes accommodation is a guest house surrounded by views of the lake. We used the hot tub and sauna, which was great after a long day of travel. And we saw beautiful northern lights at this location. Elsa was kind to show them to us as they started up, and informed the other guests next to us also. They were a spectacular show of northern lights, and one of the highlights of our trip. We also got to give the sheep a bottle. So cute!

We appreciated the welcome chocolate very much, loved the comfortable bed, the quiet location, that it is modern and clean, well equipped, and has beautiful and thoughtful decoration. The fjord surroundings are breathtaking and the host is very friendly.

There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.... perfect space for us. warm, good size, comfortable and clean. Practical self-check-in. small kitchen with all the basic appliances. great place to see the auroras since it's located on a farm and far from the city lights. We had our second night of auroras while there and we took some beautiful pics.
